I noticed in the second video (trooper?) , that when he attacked a group of NPC's , they ran for cover.
Only happened once, but I like that sort of AI.

I don't.
Usually in videogames that means NPCs that hide behind cover taking pot shots at you, who then duck out of sight the very second you aim at them, only to start firing again when you stop aiming at them.

I always laughed at Biowares "Everyones character fights like a hero from the movie" thang. Hell. i do that in wow spamming AOE crap running though Scarlet monestary. and i still feel like a tool.
